How to cook food without water
  1. Add your ingredients to the pot.
  2. Put the lid on top. Open the double-hole ventilator. Cook with medium heat until steam starts to come out of the ventilator.
  3. Turn off the stove and close the double-hole ventilator. (Or continue cooking with low heat.)

How to cook food with less oil
  1. Put oil into a non-heated wok.
  2. Heat it up over medium heat for 1.5 minutes. Tilt the wok to spread the oil evenly.
  3. Remove excess water from your food and put it in the wok after an oil pattern appears.
