Limited Warranty Information
IH Smart Cooker
- 18 months labor for the outer pot
- Lifetime warranty for the inner pot (restriction applies to normal usage)
Pressure Cooker, Pots & Woks
- Limited 10-year warranty on all plastic and removable parts except for the rubber sealer
- Commercial use items are not covered by the warranty
Vacuum Mugs & Accessories
- 30 days exchange only for defective items
Return & Exchange Policy
Only products purchased with the last 30 days that are in 100% re-sellable condition in the original manufacture’s packaging may be entitled to a refund or exchange. Products in an opened box that were bought within the last 30 days may be exchanged only if they are in 100% re-sellable condition.
For unused items that are in 100% re-sellable condition, you may arrange a return or exchange at buffalocookware.com. Otherwise, please contact our customer service team at 1-888-833-8833. No returns or exchanges shall be accepted unless you have prior authorization from Buffalo. You may request a return authorization number from our customer service team.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges for all returned items. We also reserve the right to charge a minimum 20% restocking fee on any items we agree to accept back for return. Upon receipt of the returned items, which must be in good condition, we will refund the original purchase price of those items, less the original and return shipping charges, the restocking fee, and taxes if applicable.
Non-returnable items
- Products after 30 days from the purchase date.
- As-is and clearance sales items.
- Gift items.
